What is the shipping process?

As soon as we receive confirmation of your online order, we will reserve the product for you, prepare the package, and deliver it according to your selection.

Packages are typically ready for shipping within 48 hours once payment has been received, excluding Sundays and holidays. Delivery of your product will occur within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day your payment was confirmed.

Your order will be delivered by a third party shipping provider. Once the shipping provider picks up the order, you will receive an email with the package tracking number so you can see where and when it will arrive.

If upon delivery no one is available at the shipping address supplied on your order, you will receive an email stating there was an attempt to deliver your order. The shipping provider will try to deliver your order two additional times.

If there is no immediate availability of the product that was purchased, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the situation and offer you alternatives. You will be able to either wait, or cancel the order for a full refund.

We may need to contact you at time of processing your order if further information is needed to complete your request

What is the delivery time?

Orders are delivered within five (5) and fifteen (15) business days, depending on the product and quantity purchased.

If your order consists of several different products, we will do our best to mail it in a single shipment.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on each order. However, there is a minimum charge of 5,38€ for all domestic orders shipped within the peninsula. Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges details will be available on your shopping basket.

Provide us with your contact information including: your name, your contact telephone number, order number, item reference, and reason for your return.

Please also indicate the time period you would like us to arrange a pick up time for the return: Morning (9-13h) or Evening (15-19h); and whether the pickup address needs to be updated from the original shipping address provided in the original order. Our team will contact you with further instructions.
